Terms of Service

Carrier Vetting Bot ("the Service", "we", "us") provides on-demand carrier risk reports for freight dispatchers and brokers, sourced from FMCSA public records and third-party data providers. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
We aggregate and present publicly available FMCSA data (authority, operating status, insurance, safety/inspection history) plus phone/email risk signals, and produce a summary risk verdict. The Service is an informational tool.
2. No warranty / not professional advice
Data originates from third parties (FMCSA, insurance and phone-intelligence providers) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Reports are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying a carrier and for any dispatch/load decision. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate carrier-vetting purposes.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute reports in bulk without permission.
- Do not submit false scam reports or abuse the community-report feature.
3a. Community incident reports
Incident reports are user submissions, not our statements. Every report is reviewed by a human before it appears, expires after 180 days, and the affected carrier may submit one official response that is displayed alongside the reports (right-to-respond). We may remove any report at our discretion. Submitting knowingly false reports is prohibited and leads to a ban. To dispute a report about your company, use /respond in the bot or email support@carriervets.com.
4. Plans & payment
Paid plans (per-check credits and time-based passes) are billed through Telegram Stars, crypto, or card (Stripe). Prices are shown before you pay, and a pass grants access for its stated period.
We also offer an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription via Telegram Stars. You actively opt in on Telegram's payment screen; it renews automatically every 30 days at the displayed price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Telegram (Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions) — cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the paid period ends.
5. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
