Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the Service to be useful. This policy explains refunds for our digital products (per-check credits and time-based access passes).
Refunds
- Unused purchases: if you bought a credit pack or pass and have not used any checks, we'll refund it in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical failure: if a check fails on our side (no report delivered), that check is not charged, or we credit it back.
- Partially used: for largely unused passes we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
What isn't refundable
Checks that successfully returned a report are non-refundable, since the data has been delivered. Reports are informational (see our Terms) — a refund is not available because you disagreed with a carrier's risk verdict.
Cancellation
Time-based passes do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the period expires. If a future plan auto-renews, you'll be able to cancel any time before the next charge.
