This policy explains what Carrier Vetting Bot collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Telegram account — your Telegram user ID (to track access/credits). We do not receive your phone number or contacts.
- Lookups — the USDOT/MC numbers you check, to return reports and power your watchlist.
- Payment — handled by Stripe; we receive a payment confirmation and never see or store your card details.
Carrier data we display
Reports contain information about motor carriers (companies), drawn from FMCSA public records and risk-intelligence providers. This is business registration data, not personal data of our users.
Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- FMCSA / DOT — public carrier data sources.
- IPQualityScore — phone/email risk signals.
- Telegram — message delivery.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
We keep account, credit, payment, and watchlist records while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
